Duration: 12+ months

Responsibilities:

- Oversees the CIS development staff.
- Responsible for ensuring that CIS complies with state and
federal accessibility regulations.
- Ensures that a thorough collection of business requirements
(within CBVH, OCFS and across contracted private agencies) that
needed improvements can be identified, developed, deployed, and
evaluated in an orderly manner.
- Oversees a project over the full life cycle, from origination
through close out
- Takes ownership of the project and provides leadership to the
team.
- Develops the project plan, build the project team, develop the
schedule using MS Project.
- Maintains the schedule using MS project to track progress,
manage resources, manage issues, manage risks, manage changes
through a formal change management process, manage user
acceptance of deliverables
- Facilitate meetings, prepare status reports, give presentations
to management.

Skills Needed

- 72 months experience facilitating meetings with users to
identify & gather business needs, business rules & complex
security requirements
- 48 months experience overseeing the deployment of
Commercial-Off-The-Shelf (COTS) applications and responsibility
for the deployment of .Net based COTS applications.
- 36 months experience supporting activities of business users
(counselors) across a large geographical area (such as New York
state).
- 34 months experience supporting individuals who are legally
blind
- 24 months of experience in managing projects for Government
Entities
- Bachelors Degree. Proof of education must be submitted with
all responses.
